PURPOSE:To coat a parting material uniformly to the inside surface of a metallic mold of a die casting device by forming a sprayer of the parting material to the metallic mold to the simple construction to permit the exchange thereof according to the metallic mold to be used so that the mixing of the parting material and compressed air for blowing is efficiently executed. CONSTITUTION:A stop valve 9 is disposed to the mid-point of a parting material supply pipe 8 of the parting material sprayer for spraying the parting material to the inside surface of the metallic mold to permit easy taking out of a die cast product from the mold. The parting material is supplied through a passage 12 to a parting material branching hole 17. On the other hand, the compressed air for blowing the parting material is fed through an introducing pipe 13 and a passage 14 to a compressed air branching hole 15 and the parting material and the compressed air are efficiently mixed in the part where said hole crosses the parting material branching hole 17. The gaseous mixture prepd. in such a manner flows a nozzle 16 and is sprayed from the end thereof to the mold surface. The easy spraying of the parting material to the inside surfaces of many kinds of the metallic molds is permitted with the simple device necessitating the mere exchange of a nozzle unit 7 with a manihold block 6 according to the kind of the metallic mold when said kind is changed.
