PURPOSE:To unnecessitate to silver-solder a lead-cut conductor to a foil conductor by heating by a method wherein the lead-out conductor, together with the foil conductor, is once bent and compressed in the longitudinal direction of the foil conductor, and one end the leadout conductor is coupled to the foil conductor. CONSTITUTION:Tabular lead-cut conductors 7 and 8 are set in such a manner that the finishing part of winding of a foil conductor 6 is pinched by one end part of said conductors. The conductors 7 and 8 are fixed by having one side of them pressed by pressing jigs 12 and 13, and the first bending work of the conductors 7 and 8 in the longitudinal direction of the foil conductor 6 is performed in such a manner that one of slits 10 will be brought to the position of bending using a bending jig 14. Both of the conductors 7 are compressed until they are tightly fixed using compressing jigs 15 and 16. The second bending work is performed on the conductors 7 and 8 using the jig 14. The conductors 7 and 8, the cross section of which is formed in S-shape, are pinched between the jigs 15 and 16, the conductors 7 and 8 and the conductor 6 are tightly fixed by compression. As a result, the silver-soldering of the conductors 7 and 8 to the conductor 6 by heating is unnecessitated.
