PURPOSE:To obtain a high-accuracy inspecting jig by forming a die block on a jig base, and providing the detection block of the injecting jig on the block across a member which is worked according to the shape of a plate material and working its contour shape finely. CONSTITUTION:An NC tape is formed first by a computer-aided setting system CAD and a computer 40 reads chart data corresponding to the shape of the body panel W of an automobile, etc., set as a data base previously and uses the data 42 to make the NC tape for working the inspecting jig. An iron plate 48 is mounted on the top surface part of a die base 46 consisting of iron pipes, etc., and raw materials 50a and 50b made of resin, etc., constituting the die block of the inspecting jig are banked thereupon across wire netting 52. Then, a tool 54 is used for fine working according to the NC tape 44, forming die blocks 56a and 56b. A raw material 57 which constitutes a detachable waste member is banked on the blocks and its contour is worked by the tool 54 according to the tape 44 to form the waste member 58, and a raw material 60 is banked thereupon and worked by the tool 54 to form the detection block.
