PURPOSE:To obtain a positive image of an original picture with high sensitivity by executing image exposure by active rays from a transparent base side. CONSTITUTION:A colored image forming material which is formed by laminating a thermoweldable layer 2 and a colored recording layer 3 successively on a transparent base 1 and the colored recording layer 3 of which contains a quinonediazide compd. is subjected to image exposure by active rays then to a developing process, by which the colored image is formed thereon. The colored image is transferred onto the surface to be transferred of an image receptive material to form the transferred image. The image exposure by the active rays is executed from the base 1 side. The active rays passing the base 1 and the layer 2, therefore, arrive at the layer 3 to generate sufficient photodecomposition. Since a difference in solubility in a developing soln. between the exposed part and the nonexposed part is thereby exhibited, the image is obtd. with the high sensitivity. |
