PURPOSE:To prevent the jitter of rotation from being deteriorated even if the titled control device is allowed to follow a frequency varying component by increasing the level of a frequency signal outputted from a frequency generator for detecting the rotating speed of a rotary body. CONSTITUTION:A frequency signal FG corresponding to the rotating speed of the rotary body 1 is compared at its phase with an output signal from a voltage control oscillator 9a constituting a phase lock loop circuit 9. The phase- compared output is supplied to the oscillator 9a through a low pass filter 9b and a signal relating to an output signal from the oscillator 9a is digitally measured. The rotation of the rotary body 1 is controlled based on the measured signal and prescribed band limitation is executed by said low pass filter 9b.
