PURPOSE:To simplify the process of manufacture, omitting resin welding agent and its spray equipment by a method in which a displaying paper is placed on a lid frame, and the lid frame is rotated while applying, with push, a heating device to the projecting peripheral strip of the lid frame, and then the peripheral end of the displaying paper is integrally welded by the synthetic resin of the lid frame. CONSTITUTION:A lid frame 1 is composed of a fitting peripheral edge 2, the receiving edge 3 projecting to inner periphery with suitable width, and the peripheral bead 4 projecting upward from the outer periphery of the receiving edge in the extending direction of the fitting peripheral edge, and they are integrally formed. A displaying paper 6 is placed on the receiving edge 3 of the lid frame 1. The diameter (b) of the displaying paper 6 is preliminarily caused to correspond to the inner diameter (b') of the projecting peripheral edge 4. The projecting peripheral edge 4 is heated, applying, with push, a heating device 7 to said edge from its upper part obliquely. A part of the peripheral bead 4 is softened and melted, and covers the upper surface of the peripheral end of the displaying paper 6, and then it encloses the paper 6 in between the bead 4 and the receiving edge 3. When the lid frame 1 is rotated at a prescribed speed, the upper part and the inner side of the peripheral bead 4 covers the upper surface of the peripheral end of the displaying paper 6 over the total periphery. These materials are cooled and cured, whereby the lid frame 1 and the displaying paper 6 are integrally welded. |
