PURPOSE:To effectively suppress the flexure vibration by arranging a plurality of sliding effect type actuators so that the displacement directions orient in a same direction, and thereafter fixing the driving end of each one to a connecting member thereby to connect to each other. CONSTITUTION:The driving ends of a plurality of piezoelectric sliding effect type actuators 5a, 5b are connected by means of a connecting member 7, by which the vibration of the actuators 5a, 5b due to the flexure vibration mode is suppressed. That is, when causing the vibration due to the flexure vibration mode, each actuator 5a, 5b tends to cause a displacement as shown by a dashed line. However, since the upper end faces of the actuators 5a, 5b are restricted by a metallic plate 7 so as to hold the state that they are positioned in a same plane, such displacement is suppressed, and the flexture vibration is suppressed. |
