PURPOSE:To exactly detect a fault generated in a master station equipment, in the own station equipment, by allowing an in-master station monitoring signal to flow by utilizing a time slot of a polling channel, and monitoring its signal. CONSTITUTION:An in-master station supervisory signal which has been brought to time division multiplexing is fetched in accordance with an in-master station monitoring timing signal outputted from a polling controlling circuit 120, in a gate circuit 70, and sent to a time division multiplexing circuit 80. In the time division multiplexing circuit 80, said signal is brought to time division multiplexing to a receiving carrier wave signal received from each slave station, in accordance with the in-master station monitoring sory timing signal outputted from the polling controlling circuit 120, and demodulated by a demodulation circuit 90. When a fault is generated in each circuit of 10-100 in a master station equipment, the in-master station monitoring signal which has been brought to time division multiplexing to an output signal outputted from a receiving signal processing circuit 100 becomes abnormal, and as a result, the fault of the master station equipment can be detected by a monitoring circuit 110.
