RESIN COMPOSITION FOR POWDER COATING MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition capable of forming smooth films having weather as well as impact resistance and suitable for outdoor use, by blending specific hot-melt polyvinyl alcohol with a blocked polyisocyanate in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by blending (A) hot-melt polyvinyl alcohol having <=500 average polymerization degree and 3-60mol% saponification degree with (B) a blocked polyisocyanate so as to provide 0.2-5 ratio of number of equivalents of hydroxyl groups in the component (A) to number of equivalents of isocyanate groups in the component (B).
