PURPOSE:To record and file easily a desired picture by analyzing annotation information added to a picture signal from a meteorological satellite and writing a picture data the same as a data preset by a switch or the like to a memory section. CONSTITUTION:When a signal A demodulating a picture signal from the meteorological satellite is inputted to an input terminal 1, the leading edge of a start signal in the signal A is discriminated by a CPU3. Then, the annotation information added to the signal A is written in an RAM7 as a signal F and a binary deciding data H is read from an ROM8 and compared and decided with the signal F. Further, a data G of the result of deciding is written in an RAM7. Then, a setting data 1 for storing picture from a setting section 9 is written in the RAM7 and the data G and the data 1 are compared and decided by the CPU3. When both data are coincident, the picture data is written in a frame memory 10. |
