<p>PURPOSE:To improve the rewinding and fast forward speed while the cut-off of a leader tape is being prevented by increasing the rotational speed of a driver of a winder side reel base automatically when a supply side rotational speed detector detects a prescribed range or over of the rotational speed detection value of the supply reel. CONSTITUTION:The rotational speed of the supply reel 21 is detected by supply side rotational speed detectors 22, 26, 27 at fast forward and rewinding, the change in the diameter of hub of the supply reel 21 is detected from the detected rotational speed and when the hub diameter is small, that is, the detected value of the rotational speed of the supply reel 21 reaches a prescribed range or over, the rotational speed of a driver 13 of a take-up reel 11 is increased automatically. When the hub diameter is a prescribed value or over, that is, when the detected value of the rotational speed of the supply reel 21 reaches a prescribed range or below, the rotational speed of the driver 13 of the take-up reel 11 is decreased automatically. Thus, the break of the leader tape due to the braking at a large hub diameter is prevented while the substantial speed of fast forward and rewinding is being increased.</p> |
