PURPOSE:To perform complete automation in working and to upgrade working efficiency by squeezing aligned group batteries in waiting cases and welding/ fixing the packed group batteries with the cases and next printing the surfaces of the cases and finally performing voltage checking. CONSTITUTION:Group batteries 1 supplied are all turned and aligned in the same direction at a group battery aligning part 2, and they are sent to a group battery packing part 5. The group batteries 1 are squeezed in cases waiting there. The cases 4 are supplied serially to the waiting positions via a hopper 3 and a case supplying part 6. After the cases 4 packed with the group batteries 1 are positioned on positioning parts 8 and 9, the respective batteries are welded with the cases 4 by spot welding. Next the cases 4 are sent to printing parts 10, 11, and necessary items are printed on the surfaces of the cases. Then in a voltage checking part 12, the parts are classified to be GOOD and NG and so they are carried out from a carrier part 19. |
