PURPOSE:To send a data simultaneously with conventional signal transmission by adding a prescribed frame synchronizing function corresponding to data transmission speed standard to the PCM synchronizing system. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of the 1st memory 7 storing specific numbers of plural interface circuits 1-3, a signal transmission counter 11 and a data transmission counter 12 managing the address of the 1st memory 7, a selector 15 selecting either of the counters 11, 12, the 2nd memory 17 to control the selector 15 and a selection counter 16 managing the address of the 2nd memory 17. Then the signal transmission counter 11 for the signal transmission and the data transmission counter 12 for data transmission are connected to the 1st memory 7 storing the specific numbers of the plural interface circuits 1-3 via the selector 15. Thus, the signal transmission counter 11 is used to manage the address of the 1st memory 7 at signal transmission and the data transmission counter 12 is used for data transmission to manage the address of the 1st memory.
