PURPOSE:To perform the highly accurate flow control by slidably inserting a sensor rod fitted to a main spool at one end and to a position sensor at the other end into a through hole provided in a proportional solenoid. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 18 is axially formed at the center of a pilot spool, 4 the push rod 7 and movable iron core of a proportional solenoid 5 arranged in sequence in the right side axis direction of a main spool 1. A sensor rod 20 fixed at one end to the right end of a rod fitting member 16 fitted to the right side of the main spool 1 is slidably arranged in this through hole 18. A position sensor 22 detecting the displacement quantity of the main spool 1 is fitted to the outside in the axial direction of the proportional solenoid 5. This position sensor 22 is fixed to the tip of the sensor rod 20 extracted through the through hole 18 of the proportional solenoid 5.
