The invention relates to an adaptor for closing an oyster-culture container consisting of a plastic tube, with a longitudinal slit, having a length corresponding substantially to the width of the container, and engaged on its longitudinal slit on the end edges of the container. The adaptor 4 has at least one through-hole 6 and at least one resin block 8 at the level of the single hole, or each of the holes, in the said tube, capable of retaining the ends 2, 3 of the container 1 in the adaptor.
