Working head for a cleaning apparatus that spreads a cleaning fluid and sucks up dirt, the head being provided with a wetting pad and one or more spray nozzles. This working head 1 pivots on a suction tube 2 which also acts as a handle with which to control the device, and possesses, on its underside, a fluid spreading pad 7, a suction slot 5 and also a cleaning doctor blade 9. This working head is also equipped with one or more spray nozzles 10 mounted either on the head itself or on one of its accessories, for example extensions or control handles, which nozzles spray a cleaning fluid in front of the cleaning head in the direction in which it is working. This cleaning head is intended to be fitted to cleaning apparatuses designed both to spread a cleaning fluid and to suck up dirt. <IMAGE>
