The present invention relates to an anti-theft device for all vehicles. It is composed of a base fixed to the ground of the vehicle and on which there is pivotably mounted, at one of its ends, an arm, about a rotation axis, a removable lock, arranged in the arm, can lock the rotation of the said arm using a locking spindle housed in the base, the other end receives another arm also mounted pivotably and which can, in the open position, form an angle substantially close to a 90 DEG angle for simultaneously blocking the three pedals of the vehicle.
