PURPOSE:To certainly produce boiling carresponding to an aqueous solution in a heated container, as well as to properly control gas consumption, by detecting the temperature rising speed and the difference of temperature from a set temperature, by providing an electronic poroportional valve, interlocking with a temperature sensor to sense the temperature of combustion gas in a gas stove. CONSTITUTION:When a combustor is ignited, with a dial set to a boiling scale 14-1, the temperature rising speed from a temperature sensor 8 is detected and compared by a temperature rise gradient detecting circuit 24, having on relation to the material of a heated container and the quantity of an aqueous solution. When a temperature controlling, proportional button is depressed, the minimum throttling rate is decided to an electronic proportional valve 29 by a minimum, limit circuit 31 in a proportional valve driving circuit 28, the rate of gas is throttled, and the aqueous solution in a heated container can continue boiling without overflowing. When a dial is set to a general temperature controlling scale 14-2, the function of an electronic proportional valve 29 is such that gas consumption is automatically controlled in proportion to the difference of temperature from a set temperature, when a temperature from a temperature sensor 8 is below the set temperature, while heating is continued with the minimum gas consumption when the temperature sensor 8 gets the set temperature, in order to maintain the set temperature. |
