PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for mounting a DC-DC converter or the like by processing an input signal as a bipolar signal around a reference voltage by an operational amplifier and using a level shift circuit to eliminate the reference voltage so as to use a single power supply for the power supply of the operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage sent from a reference voltage generating circuit 15 is applied to an error detection circuit 12, a compensation circuit 13 and an additional and direction separation circuit 14, and since any terminal of the operational amplifier used for the control circuit 10 receives the reference voltage, the amplifiers handles the waveform deflected in both polarities around the reference voltage. The output waveform of a compensation circuit 13 is deflected in both polarities around the reference voltage and the output waveform of the circuit 14 has a waveform superimposed on the reference voltage. The level shift circuit 11 eliminates the reference voltage from the waveform sent from the addition and direction separation circuit 14. Thus, it is possible to attain the same operation without giving a negative power supply to the operational amplifier and a DC-DC converter is not required.
