PURPOSE:To enable fixing of a three point seatbelt to a center pillarless car, by providing a retractor on a center console section in the center of the indoor floor section, then stopping two hook metals respectively to buckles at the seat window side and on the underface of the indoor roof. CONSTITUTION:A retractor 21 entraining over one end side of a seatbelt webbing 20 is provided at a center console section 24 in the center of the indoor floor section. The other end of the webbing 20 is stopped at the seat side at the center console section side of the seat, then two hook metals 22, 23 are fitted in the webbing 20 such that they are engaged respectively with buckles 30, 27 at the seat window side and on the underface of the indoor roof so as to form a lap section 20A and a shoulder section 20B. Consequently, even a center pillarless car can be fixed with a three point seatbelt without sacrifice of open feeling of window, resulting in the improvement of the appearance.
