<p>Apparatus for wrapping a load with strip material, the apparatus including a main frame or the like (2), a load support means (9) mounted for rotation about a first axis of rotation relative to the main frame or the like of the apparatus, said load support means incorporating a load support arrangement (18, 19) which is such that the load (L) can be rotated with respect to the load support means about an axis transverse to the direction of the axis of rotation of the support means, and means (50) for mounting a supply of plastics wrapping material in strip form whereby rotation of the load (L) about one or both said axes causes the strip material to be wrapped around the load whereby the load is respectively partially or wholly wrapped.</p> |
