<p>A capacitor using a biaxially oriented polyphenylene sulfide film as a dielectric member. The film is made of a resin composition consisting chiefly of a poly-p-phenylene sulfide. The film has on the surface thereof a fine protuberance density Sd of 20 to 300 protuberances/mm, and a coarse protuberance density Ld of smaller than 5 protuberances/mm. The film capacitor exhibits excellent resistance against heat and little variation in the capacity and in the breakdown voltage.</p> |
