<p>A cosmetic material which contains as a major component a microemulsion obtained by emulsion polymerization of dimethylpolysiloxane and having an average particle size of up to 0.15 νm. This cosmetic material has an excellent compounding stability whith other cosmetic materials and an excellent storage stability.</p> |
