PURPOSE:To prevent an eddy current generated in a rotor yoke by constituting said rotor yoke through winding and laminating a thin electromagnetic steel plate in an outer-rotor type hybrid motor. CONSTITUTION:A rotor yoke is constituted by winding of a thin electromagnetic steel plate 1a round outer peripheral faces of permanent magnets 2, 3 of an outer-rotor hybrid motor to form a laminated structure. In this manner, even if a magnetic flux generated from the permanent magnets 2, 3 by rotation of a rotor changes in quantity by the movement with an amplitude increasing and decreasing through the rotor yoke 1 in a circumferential direction, generation of an eddy current can be prevented and an iron loss can be reduced because the rotor yoke 1 is of a laminated structure made by winding of the thin electromagnetic steel plate 1a.
