PURPOSE:To minimize number of operation keys by providing a crystal touch panel where the display content of a command key is changed at each operation of a different mode key and sharing the power on/off function of a controlled system to the corresponding mode key. CONSTITUTION:A specific mode key desiring the control, e.g., a 'television' key is selected from a mode key group 1 and operated. A signal light of a code turning on the power supply of an object 'television set' to be controlled is radiated from a radiation section 5 and the power supply of the 'television set' is turned on. Simultaneously, the display of a command key group 3 of the color liquid crystal touch panel is started and plural command keys for 'television set' operation are displayed on the keys. In operating a specific command key in a displayed command key group 3, e.g, a 'channel ' key is operated, the signal light of the code corresponding to the command is radiated and the reception channel of the 'television set' is revised in the increasing direction. In operating the 'television set' key in the mode key group 1 again, the power supply of the 'television set' is turned off.
