<p>Process for the pre-treatment of ceramic parts, particularly of aluminium nitride parts, for the purpose of secure metallization. The pre-treatment consists of the removal of the inert surface of the ceramic bodies, and the defined roughening of said bodies by means of chemical corrosive action in a specially formulated alkali-hydroxide electrolyte. Aluminium nitride parts thus pre-treated can be securely metallized, in particular by means of hydro-chemistry.</p> |
