PURPOSE:To rotate a generator without necessitating other energy, by a method wherein motive force is constituted by utilizing a permanent magnet type DC linear motor. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum sheets 2 are adhered to both side surfaces of a flywheel 1, made of iron, in the type of a sandwich to make the secondary conductor of a linear motor while four pieces of permanent magnets are provided along the aluminum plates to make a primary side 3. When the primary side is fixed in this constitution, the secondary side tries to make linear motion, however, the center of a circle is fixed, therefore, a rotary motion is effected naturally. As a result, the center shaft 4 of the rotary motion rotates with a strong torque by the principle of a wheel shaft and another flywheel 5 increases the torque by water injection or the like from the nozzle of a high- pressure injection device 7 through buckets 6. A generator 8 may be rotated by utilizing this torque.
