PURPOSE:To automatically remove and clean sticking powdery material to a fitting face, etc., of a plug by attracting and connecting a socket and the plug by an electromagnet and arranging a gap as flowable to the powdery material at the fitting part and an O-ring at the tip position of the plug. CONSTITUTION:The socket 1 is connected with the plug 2 and a projecting part 4a of pin 4 for opening/closing a valve arranged in the inside of socket is abutted on a tip part 11b of valve head 11, and by pushing the valve head 11 and compressing a spring 12, sealing by the O-ring 13 is opened. Then, at the time of conducting the current, the plug 2 and the socket 1 are attracted together by the electromagnet 3, and the O-ring 6 arranged in the inside of socket 1 is abutted on the slope 20 at the tip part of plug 2 and the tip 2b is abutted on the inside circumferential end face 1d of socket 1. Further, the gap delta is developed on the fitting face of plug 2 and the movement of valve head 11 is stopped, to form a suction flow passage between the plug 2 and the inside of socket 1. As there is maintained to the reduced pressure state by a vacuum pump, sand, etc., on the surface of plug 2 is sucked from the gap delta to the inside of socket 1. |
