<p>In a device for cooling opto-electronic components (1), comprising an evacuated cooling chamber fixed to a base plate and in which are provided for the component (1) at least one support system thermally coupled by means of at least one flexible metal strip (19) with the cold station of a cooling machine, as well as at least one window, the housing of the cooling machine is linked, in a manner sealed against the atmospheric pressure, with the cooling chamber by means of annular flexible sealing means preventing the transmission of vibrations. The support system (8), which is thermally coupled, by means of a flexible metal strip (19), with a cold station of the cooling machine, projecting into the cooling chamber, comprises a support plate (17) located at one end of a hollow body which is essentially cylindrical or prism-shaped, has a thin wall and is made from a material with a low thermal conductivity, in particular epoxy resin plates (9, 10, 11, 12). The end of said plates lying opposite the support plate (17) is rigidly fixed to the base plate of the cooling chamber by means of a metal bottom plate (13).</p> |
