PURPOSE:To dispense with mounting/dismounting operation of a seatbelt, by providing brackets at respective seat window sides and an intermediate portion while projecting in order to prevent hindrance when a driver rides on or off in the rear of a dash panel and providing a supporting ring on the indoor ceiling, then entraining a seatbelt. CONSTITUTION:Supporting brackets 4 are projected horizontally in the rear of a dash panel 3 at the inside of an automobile 2. The brackets 2 are fixed at the window side of respective seats and an intermediate position between the seats with such vertical interval as causing no hindrance of lateral motion of the foot section 8 of a passenger 7 against the seat face 6 of a seat 5. A supporting ring 12 is provided in the center of ceiling wall 11 and in the rear of the seat. Then a seatbelt 10 integrally formed into a loop from soft material is entrained over respective brackets 4 and the supporting ring 12. Consequently, a driver is not required to mount/dismount the seatbelt every time when the rides on/off an automobile, and mounting of seatbelt is never missed.
