PURPOSE:To maximize the ease of use by providing a command key group displayed by a liquid crystal touch panel and a mode key group selecting the mode and changing the content of the command key group in response to the mode key selected in the mode key group. CONSTITUTION:A specific mode key desired for the control, e.g., a 'television set' key is selected from the mode key group and operated. A radiation section 5 radiates a signal light having a code turning on a power of the 'television set' being an object of control and the power of the 'television set' is turned on. Simultaneously, the display of the command key group 3 of the color liquid crystal touch panel is started and plural command keys for operating the 'television set' are displayed there. A specific command key in the displayed command key group 3, e.g., the 'channel ' key is operated, then the signal light of a code corresponding to the command is radiated and the reception channel of the 'television set' is revised in the increasing direction.
