A driving ring (13) is fixed to a clutch plate (11) in a lockup clutch, and this ring (13) is provided with a rim (13a) and support walls (17), spring receiving projections (21A, 21B) and projecting walls (20), damper springs (15, 16) being held in the radial direction between said rim and support walls. The claw portions (23) of a driven ring (14) are arranged in spring bearings. Each of the damper springs (15, 16) is provided at the end portions thereof with spring seats (24) having unbalance correcting feet (24a) which are fitted in the damper spring.
