PURPOSE:To automatically remove and clean sticking powdery material to a plug by building a permanent magnet in one side of either a socket or the plug for fitting part arranging gap and an O-ring and connecting them by making the other side a ferromagnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:The socket 1 is connected with the plug 2 and a projecting part 4a of pin 4 for opening/closing a valve arranged in the inside of socket 1 is abutted on a tip part 11b of valve head 11, and by pushing the valve head and compressing a spring 12, sealing by the O-ring 13 is opened. Then, the plug 2 and the socket 1 are attracted together by the permanent magnet 3, and the O-ring 6 arranged in the inside of socket 1 is abutted on the slope 2a at the tip part of plug 2, and the tip face 2b is abutted on the inside face 1d of socket 1. Further, the gap delta is developed on the fitting face of plug 2, to form a suction flow passage between the plug 2 and the inside of socket 1. As there is maintained to the reduced pressure state by a vacuum pump, the powdery material sticking on the connecting face of plug 2 is sucked from the gap delta to the inside of socket. |
