PURPOSE:To prevent shift and galling phenomenon of a die and to apply the die to the mass-production by arranging a movable rod for sub-core die, retreating main core die by the rod, so that the sub-core die may be apart from the undercut face and the sub-core die can be retreated by a lock device. CONSTITUTION:A cheese 1 for sewer pipe is formed by injection-forming, and the dies, especially core dies P, P' are taken out. The core die P is divided into two at undercut face 3 and two-divided core die P is further divided into the main core die 5 and the sub core die 6. To remove the cheese 1 from the die, the cheese 1 is moved to the joining direction of the cheese 1, while opening the outer die. Then, the main core die 5 is started, but as the sub-core die 6 is locked to the die body 12, force X toward retreating direction for the main core die 5 is worked to the rod 7, and the sub-core die 6 is apart from the undercut face. When the main core die 5 is further retreated, the lock device Q is turned downward, to leave perfectly the core die P. By using the die for tube joint, the shift and galling phenomenon of the die are prevented and this die is suitable to the tube joint forming. |
