摘要 PURPOSE:To easily set a correct welding parameter, and to obtain a weld zone having high quality with high reproducibility, by inputting such information as a groove shape size, a material standard, etc. of a material to be welded, and calculating a groove cross-section area, a unit deposition volume, a heat input coefficient, etc. CONSTITUTION:Drawing information of a groove shape size, etc. of a material to be welded, and information of its material standard, etc. are inputted to a welding parameter setting device. In said device, from the groove shape size, a groove cross-sectional area S is calculated by the first means T1. On the other hand, from said material standard, the maximum unit deposition volume Vmax and a heat input coefficient alpha are referred to, by the second means T2. Subsequently, the third means T3, the groove cross-sectional area S is divided from the maximum unit deposition volume Vmax and a pass allocation is executed, and a unit deposition volume Vu is derived. Next, said unit deposition volume Vu and heat input coefficient alpha are inputted to the fourth means T4 and a welding unit heat input is calculated, and the welding parameter is set based thereon.
