PURPOSE:To obtain the title prepolymer having a high glass transition point and excelling in interlaminar adhesion, by reacting an amino group-terminated product with an epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:An amino group-terminated product (A) is obtained by reacting an unsaturated bisimide (a) of formula I (wherein D is a bivalent group having a C-C double bond, R1 is a 2C or higher bivalent group) which a diamine (b) of formula II (wherein R2 is a 30C or lower bivalent group) at a molar ratio in the range of 1/10<=(a)/(b)<=1/2 in a solvent (e.g., methyl cellosolve). Component A is reacted with an epoxy resin (B), especially, a brominated epoxy resin of a bromine content >=10wt% at a ratio B/A<=1.0.
