发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF HIGH-STRENGTH AND HIGH-CONDUCTIVITY COPPER ALLOY
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve strength alone while maintaining various superior characteristics of the undermentioned alloy, by subjecting a Cu-Ni-Si alloy with a specific composition to aging treatment and cold working under specific conditions, respectively, and then to stress relief annealing. CONSTITUTION:The alloy consisting of, by weight, 0.4-4.0% Ni, 0.1-1.0% Si, and the balance Cu is aged at 300-600 deg.C for 1-20hr, cold-worked at >=30% draft, and then subjected to stress relief annealing, by which a high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloy can be obtained. In this copper alloy, an alloy shaping high strength and high electric conductivity cannot obtained when Ni and Si contents are below the lower limits, respectively, and, on the other hand, workability and solderability are deteriorated when they exceed the upper limits, and further, deterioration in electric conductivity is remarkable in case of Si. Although strength can be remarkably improved by the above-mentioned cold working after aging treatment, the effect is not so appreciable when the draft is lower than 30%. Since elongation is deteriorated and bendability also is deteriorated by this cold working, stress relief annealing is carried out so as to recover superior bendability.
