PURPOSE:To improve article assembling efficiency, by continuously performing tape draw-out, punching, slitting, peeling and inter-member adhesion, when an integrated article is assembled by adhering at least two members through the medium of a double- coated adhesive tape provided with necessary punched holes. CONSTITUTION:A processing device for adhering at least one member to a double- coated adhesive tape so as to form an integrated structure is provided, which comprises the following means. That is, the unit comprises (1) a roll 21 on which a double coated adhesive tape 5 having on its both surfaces release papers 22a and 22b bonded thereto is wound, (2) an intermittently drawing-out means 24 for intermittently drawing the double-coated adhesive tape 5 out of the roll 21, (3) a punching means for punching holes 12 and 13 in the double-coated adhesive tape 5 thus drawn out, (4) a slitting means 25 (punching and slitting being performed with the same device) for making a slit 26 along the side edge near at least one side edge of the upper or lower release paper 22a, 22b of the double coated adhesive tape 5, (5) a peeling means 27 for peeling the upper or lower release paper having the slit 26, with at least one side portion thereof being left intact, and (6) an adhering means 29 for adhering at least one member 2 to the peeled double-coated adhesive tape.
