PURPOSE:To stabilize transmission of ground PTO, by bearing a ground take-out gear and a ground counter gear at axially close positions by means of a bearing metal integrally formed of the bearings of a drive shaft and a transmission shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a ground counter gear 6 is interlocked with a power take-out shaft 5, a drive shaft 3 and the power take-out shaft 5 are transmitted with a constant rotation ratio so as to carry out transmission of driving work as a ground PTO. In this transmission, a ground take-out gear 4 and the ground counter gear 6 are born at axially close positions by means of a bearing metal 7 integrally formed with bearings 8, 9 for the drive shaft 3 and bearings 10, 11 for a transmission shaft 13. Consequently, the position with respect to the drive shaft 3 as well as the relative position of said gears 4, 6 is fixed and not distorted easily, resulting in stabilization of transmission of the ground PTO.
