<p>A main heating pipe (20) is inserted in a rotary cylinder (10). A number of branch pipes (21) are branched from the main heating pipe, and stretch downwardly and diagonally in the radial direction of the rotary cylinder. Ends of the branch pipes reach near the inner peripheral surface of the rotary cylinder, and are provided with air-injection holes (22). The heated air is blown from the injection holes into the raw material and passes therethrough. Therefore, the heat is sufficiently exchanged between the heated air and the raw material. Pins (25) are erected on the inner peripheral surface of the rotary cylinder (10). The pins pass between the neighboring branch pipes (21) to pulverize masses that are caught by the branch pipes.</p> |
