PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of pulsation by fitting the roller at the lower edge of a plunger into a cylindrical cam groove having an asymmetric top shape and moving two plungers in reciprocation by the revolution of cams. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder cam 1 has an upper recessed part 4, lower recessed part 5, and a cam groove 3, and cooperates with an outer cylinder cam 7. When the cams 1 and 7 revolve, the cam groove 3 phase-changes, and moves plungers 10 and 11 in reciprocation through a roller shaft 14. Therefore, two plungers 10 and 11 perform feeding operation at a constant speed, even at any time point in one cycle, and pulsation can be eliminated.
