PURPOSE:To realize optional control of plural RAM, ROM, etc., via plural CPU, bus controllers, etc., and at the same time to realize simultaneously plural complicated processes, by applying modulation of frequency to the address/data signals. CONSTITUTION:The modulators/demodulators 7-10 modulate the output signals received from the CPU 1 and 2 and memories 11 and 12 like a RAM, a ROM, etc., with a frequency designated by a frequency control signal given from a frequency controller 5 and output these modulated signals to a multiplexed bus 6 for transfer of control, address and data signals. In the same way, the control, address and data signals modulated by a frequency designated by the frequency control signal are selected and demodulated via the bus 6 when the CPU 1 and 2 and the memories 11 and 12 are kept under input states. The memories 11 and 12 being the RAM and ROM or the like receive the processing signals demodulated by modulators/demodulators 9 and 10 of a frequency preset types and output them again to the modulators/demodulators 9 and 10.
