摘要 PURPOSE:To control the operation of an unmanned carrier with high efficiency and to improve the safety of the carrier against men, by operating the smallest carriers at all times in order to reduce congestion of unmanned cars. CONSTITUTION:When a carry-out/carry-in request 1 is received from a station, a working time calculating means 3 uses an operation schedule 2 to calculate the scheduled end time points of the jobs under reservation for each unmanned carrier. A request time deciding means calculates the scheduled end time points of the requested jobs for the carriers in the order later scheduled end time points calculated by the means 3. If a certain carrier satisfies a requested time limit, a scheduled work recording means 5 adds the end time point of the requested job to the schedule 2. If no carrier satisfies the requested time limit, a spare carrier selecting means 6 selects a carrier that is presently kept waiting and adds the requested job to the schedule 2.
