PURPOSE:To shorten an execution time, by outputting final priority relation among knowledge by using the output of the priority relation of plural priority comparison parts as an input, and the priority relation between identifiers from an identifier comparison part as the input. CONSTITUTION:Each of the priority comparison parts 1011, 1012...101n has a proper identifier, and sets two pieces of knowledge of data which represents a characteristics on the priority of the knowledge as the input, and sets the priority relation corresponding to the said identifier and the said identifier between the said knowledge as an output. The identifier comparison part 102 sets two identifiers as the inputs, and sets the priority relation between the said identifiers. A priority decision part 103 sets the output of the priority relation among plural priority comparison parts 1011, 1012...101n as the input, and outputs the identifier to the identifier comparison part 102, and by utilizing the priority relation between the said identifiers from the identifier comparison part 102 as the input, sets the final priority relation among the knowledge as the output. In such way, it is possible to construct a knowledge base system with a practical scale.
