Method for injecting at least one additive into a determined volume of a main product during the filling of a vessel through a main duct, the additive being chosen from a pre-established group of additives and being injected according to a pre-determined volume depending on its nature and on the volume of main product, characterized in that the main product flows continuously during the filling of the vessel, the volume of main product, depending on which the volume of additive is pre-determined, is divided into equal reference volumes chosen as being submultiples of the total volume of main product, a quantity of additive being injected for each reference volume, the said injection of the additive being initialized at the same time as the injection of the said reference volume, and the volume of additive being chosen so as to be less than the reference volume so as to enable the main duct to be rinsed by the main product at the end of the filling of the vessel.</p> |
