PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of a data communication system by providing the same action numbers to plural information processors and applying the activation processes to all information processors corresponding to the relevant action numbers when the action instructions are inputted in response to those action numbers. CONSTITUTION:When an activation instruction is inputted to an information processor 100, the information processors 151, 161 and 171 are activated all at once. When the mutual communication is desired among those information processors, an activation number 'AN' is added to each defining sentence of processors 151-171 when the environment of a communication system is previously defined. Thee numbers 'AN' are registered into an environment defining file 190. When the action instructions are supplied to those action numbers, all information processors corresponding to those input instructions are activated. Thus plural information processors are activated with input of a single activation instruction.
