PURPOSE:To block utilization by an unauthorized user perfectly, by adopting data representing a feature proper to a user. CONSTITUTION:The name of the user is inputted from an input device 1, and when it is registered, the name is lithographed in the input device 1 with a light pen, etc., and an image receiving means 3 receives a lithographed image also including the feature at the time of lithographing. A comparing and deciding means 4 compares the feature of the image corresponding to the name of the user stored in an image storage means 2 and at the time of lithographing with that of the image received by the image receiving means 3 and at the time of lithographing. Firstly, the outlines of the images are compared, and when they coincide, the inclination or fluctuation degree of a line that is the feature at the time of lithographing is compared. The feature at the time of lithographing depends on an individual peculiarity, then, it is almost impossible to imitate the feature of another person, therefore, it is possible to exactly decide whether the image is lithographed by a principal oneself. As a result of comparison, if it is decided that the image is not lithographed by the user oneself, the utilization is neglected. |
