PURPOSE:To improve the ignition timing precision even in the case when the conduction time is made longer than the ignition cycle by executing the processing for the ignition timing in preference to the processing for the conduction starting time and setting the mask time at that time so that the conduction starting timing is made larger than the ignition timing. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer memorizes the processing angle signal obtained through the calculation of the ignition time and the conduction starting time and the delay time from the processing signal into a memory means. An output treatment execution means executes the output processing if the present angle position accords with the discrimination signal of the treatment angle when the interruption of the angular pulse is generated. In the output treatment, the processing of the ignition timing is executed in preference to the processing of the conduction starting time, and a mask time calculation discriminating means sets the mask time for the program processing delay for the execution of the output treatment into two stages, and calculation-discriminates the discrimination of the conduction processing angle by using the larger mask time.
