PURPOSE:To easily discriminate an operation part by forming a projection part which can discriminate the position of the operation part through the touch feeling, in the vicinity of the operation part formed onto the flat surface operation panel of a basic board. CONSTITUTION:A flat surface operating panel 5 equipped with a plurality of operation parts 4 in the vicinity of the center part is installed onto a basic board 3, and a projection part 6 is formed in the vicinity. The air quantity can be adjusted or a timer can be set by pressing the operation part 4. Therefore, the projection part 6 can be searched by hand even at a dark place at night, and the position of the operation part 4 can be easily discriminated through the projection part 6.
