A plaster structure for iontophoresis comprising an electrode layer (4) and a medicament-containing layer (1), wherein a water supplying layer - composed of a water-containing lamina (2) and/or a water-containing self-adhesive lamina (3) - is formed between the electrode layer (4) and the medicament-containing layer (1), and further a sealing cover (5) is formed at the outside of the electrode layer (4).
